"Great Little Selection of Designer Scents"
I was happy with the designer fragrance options here. There were plenty of familiar scents to choose from, and it made browsing feel fun instead of overwhelming. I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did, but finding a few favorites really made my day.

"Pretty good scents"
I liked these. Most smelled really nice. A couple just weren’t for me. But they didn’t smell cheap. They lasted a decent while too. I’d say 4 stars

"Changing my plan was easy, but I felt a bit misled"
I was able to change my plan quickly and didn’t run into any major issues with the account side of things. That part was simple enough. I just wish the details had been clearer upfront, because I ended up feeling a little misled about what I was actually getting.

"Pretty good gift idea"
I got a Scentbox gift for my sister, and she seemed to really like being able to choose her own perfume. I’m sure that was the best part for her. The shipping was maybe a bit slower than I expected, but nothing too bad. Overall, it was easy to set up and she was happy with it, so I’d say it worked out well

"Torn because I usually like Scentbox, but the atomizer disappointed me"
I’ve been loyal to Scentbox and like the whole idea of trying different scents without committing to a full bottle, so I wanted to love this. The fragrance itself was nice, but the atomizer felt cheaper than I expected, and after about a week it started spraying unevenly.

What really bothered me was that it leaked in my bag a couple times, which made me nervous to carry it around. I’m still a fan of the service overall, but the bottle quality kind of takes away from the experience, especially for the price

"The samples are definitely small, but like..."
The samples are definitely small, but like... they’re enough to get a feel for the scents. I got a few wears out of them, so it worked for just trying things before committing to a full size.

"Super easy to pause when I need to"
I like that I can skip a month without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. It’s really simple, and there’s no annoying hassle, well, not annoying at all, actually, which I appreciate.

"Good packaging, no leaks"
So, my Scentbox order showed up packed well overall. The bottle was held in place nicely and, thankfully, nothing leaked, which I was kind of worried about at first.

The box did have a small dent on one corner, but it didn’t mess with anything inside. I’m happy with it for the most part, just maybe wish the outer box felt a little sturdier.

I really liked that ScentBox gives you a few different plan choices, which made it feel easy and stress-free to start with a cheaper option and upgrade later if I wanted. The premium plan looks really nice too. It did take me a little bit to compare everything, but overall I felt happy with the flexibility...

I found most of the scents I was looking for, which was a nice surprise. A couple of the more popular ones were unavailable, so maybe they just sell out quickly or don’t restock as often, not really sure. Still, it was easy enough to browse and find other options. Giving it 4 stars.

Most of the scents were pretty much what I expected from the descriptions, which was nice. One of them felt a little off to me though... something about it just didn’t match what I had pictured.

"Refund process met my expectations overall"
I had a problem with my order, so I reached out about getting a refund. I usually expect these things to be handled clearly and without too much chasing, and while it did take a couple of days to get a response, they did follow through. The refund came back to me, and everything was resolved in the end. The timing wasn’t ideal, but overall I’d say it was handled fairly.

"Literally Got Exactly What I Ordered"
This was my first time ordering from scentbox.com, so I was a little nervous something might get mixed up. But my order showed up with the exact scent and size I picked, and literally nothing was missing or wrong. Super simple experience overall, and everything was accurate.

“I believe so. Honestly, I can't be certain if I genuinely enjoy a fragrance until I've worn it for a day or two. There have been instances where I purchased multiple scents based on their smell at the store, but upon wearing them for a couple of days, I realized that I didn't actually like them. In fact, one of them even gave me a terrible headache.”
